Terms and Conditions

Reservations: Online reservations for day trips must be paid in full at the time of booking. Reservations are confirmed the same day once payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the official America Tours Charters Policy. Please visit our website for complete details regarding reservation transfers or donations.

Rain or Sun Policy: All scheduled tours will proceed rain or shine, unless the main attraction is canceled by the service provider, or government authorities declare travel to the destination unsafe or inadvisable. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly.

Traveler Responsibilities: All passengers assume responsibility for complying with tour procedures, safety rules, the instructions of the Tour Coordinator and the driver, as well as maintaining respectful and appropriate conduct during America Tours Charters excursions. America Tours Charters reserves the right to deny participation to any person who, in its sole discretion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other passengers, either before departure or during the tour. Any additional expenses resulting from the early departure of a tour will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Authorization for Use of Image and Video: During the excursion, the Tour Coordinator or other participants may take photographs and videos to share the experience on social media and on the America Tours Charters website. By participating in a America Tours Charters excursion, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded, and authorize the use of your image and voice in any medium, worldwide and permanently, without prior notice or compensation.

Legal Responsibility: America Tours Charters acts solely as an intermediary in the organization and coordination of services provided by independent companies, including transportation, venues, food, shows and access tickets. These providers are not employees of America Tours Charters; therefore, America Tours Charters assumes no responsibility for losses, accidents, injuries, damages, delays, inconveniences or expenses caused by third parties or by events beyond our control. America Tours Charters reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour when circumstances require. By making your payment, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Disability and Passenger Health: America Tours Charters offers reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. Buses equipped with wheelchair lifts should be requested as far in advance as possible
and are subject to availability. If you require any special support or additional equipment at your destination,
please notify us in advance so we can coordinate with the service providers.

Bus Etiquette

• Silence your cell phone and limit calls to only urgent situations.

• Use personal headphones for any audio device. Speakerphone use is not permitted.

• Maintain good personal hygiene and avoid using fragrances in consideration of people with sensitivities or allergies.

• Keep your voice down during conversations and remain silent during announcements.

• Remain in your assigned seat unless otherwise instructed by the Tour Coordinator.

Parking Notice: Participants are responsible for complying with all parking regulations and local ordinances. On-street parking is typically limited to 72 hours, while Park & ​​Ride parking may be limited to 24 hours. We recommend using public transportation, rideshare services, or taxis to reach the starting points. America Tours Charters assumes no responsibility for losses, damages, thefts, personal injuries, or fines related to parked vehicles.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you against unforeseen events such as illness or injury that could affect your participation in the excursion.
